1. Items condition
There is no current return policy other than, if you have used the product it cannot be returned.
2. Refunds
If an item you have ordered is not in our national inventory your full purchase amount will be refunded within 2 business days by our staff. It may take additional time for the credit card processing company to complete the refund. That part is out of our control. If you have an outstanding issue please contact us through the contact form.
